These AI Product Terms ("Terms") govern your use of the AI modules within the play-avatar Platform ("AI Products"), operated by Lanes AI LLC ("we", "us", "our"). All users must comply with these Terms when using AI Products to create, edit, manage, or engage in interactive role-play training scenarios. We reserve the right to update these Terms and will notify you of changes via email or the Platform. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance.

Use AI Products responsibly and do not generate harmful content. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Prohibited Uses
You may not use AI Products to generate content or engage in activities that:

• Promote harm, violence, or emotional distress to any person or animal.
• Cause damage to property.
• Exploit or harm children.
• Are harassing, abusive, defamatory, threatening, or invasive of privacy.
• Discriminate based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, or national origin.
• Are sexually explicit or pornographic.
• Promote illegal activities or fraud.
• Violate intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.
• Spread false, deceptive, or misleading information.
• Violate any applicable law.
• Mislead others that AI-generated content is human-created.
• Provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
• Generate political content for electoral campaigns.
• Create source code, spam, viruses, or malicious software.
• Support fully automated decision-making.

You are responsible for the text you input into AI Products ("Input") and the resulting content generated ("Output"). Ensure your Input and Output comply with these Terms before using or sharing.

• Ownership: You own your Input and Output. We do not claim copyright ownership over them.
• Our Rights: You grant us the right to host and use your Input and Output to provide, maintain, and improve the Platform.
• Sensitive Data: Do not include sensitive personal data (e.g., health, political opinions, or religious beliefs) in your Input.
• Legal Compliance: If your Input or Output is alleged to be unlawful, we may disclose it to law enforcement or pursuant to a court order.

You may share your Output (e.g., on social media or during demonstrations) if you:

• Review each Output for compliance with these Terms before sharing.
• Attribute the content to yourself or your organization.
• Clearly indicate the content is AI-generated.
• Avoid sharing content that violates these Terms or may offend others.

We may impose limits on the number of Outputs you can generate. You will be notified if you reach your account’s maximum.

AI Products are powered by third-party providers, including Azure AI Foundry (https://ai.azure.com/), Groq (https://groq.com/), and HeyGen (https://heygen.com/). Your Input, including any personal data you include, may be shared with these providers to enable AI functionality. By using AI Products, you consent to this data sharing. Note that these providers operate in the United States, and data protection laws may apply accordingly.

AI Product Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may not be accurate, complete, or reliable. We do not verify Outputs or endorse their content. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of Outputs before use. We are not liable for any actions taken based on Outputs or for any errors or omissions in them. Obtain professional advice before acting on any Output.
