In 2017, long before virtual trainings became standard, we created one of the world’s first platforms Lanes.AI that transformed in-person training into highly engaging virtual experiences — without losing quality.
Over the next several years, our technology powered more than a million training sessions across 12 countries.
By 2024, we understood the next evolution of learning required AI.
Using our global L&D expertise, enterprise data, and engineering capabilities, we built PlayAvatar — an AI Roleplay simulator designed for continuous behavioral practice and real performance improvement.
We’ve presented Play Avatar at Training Magazine, ATD, and CLO Exchange, earning recognition from L&D leaders across the U.S.
